1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DiskDog ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, DiskDog grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the number of devices specified in your purchase (1 device for Single, or N devices for Multi-device plans).

  • You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer the license to another person.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • One license key may only be activated on the number of devices purchased.

3. Free Trial

DiskDog offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. All core features are available during the trial. Some advanced features (Quick Launcher, Rule Engine, Virtual Directory) are limited to 5 entries per module during the trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Damage, disable, or impair any computer system or network.
  • Circumvent any security or access control mechanisms.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the license activation system.

5. Updates & Support

Your license includes all future updates to the major version purchased. We provide best-effort support via [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Privacy

DiskDog collects minimal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and how it is used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DiskDog does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiskDog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss. Always maintain backups of important files.

Refund Policy

TL;DR — Try free for 30 days before buying. Not happy after purchase? Email us within 30 days for a full refund — just tell us one thing we could improve.

9. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If DiskDog doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund. We only ask that you share one piece of feedback.

10. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
  • License keys shared with or activated on more devices than purchased.
  • Issues that could have been discovered during the free trial.
  • Duplicate purchases — contact us immediately and we will refund the duplicate.

11. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your order ID or transaction reference
  • A brief reason (optional but appreciated)

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

12. After a Refund

Your license key will be revoked and the app reverts to trial mode. You are welcome to continue using the free trial features indefinitely.

13. Multi-Device Licenses

Refunds are only available if none of the license keys in the order have been activated on any device. Partial refunds for unused seats are not available.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced on our website.
